Terms of Service

Last updated: July 14, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or using Flowver, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Flowver.

2. Who can use Flowver

You must meet the minimum age shown at signup and provide accurate information about yourself. Accounts belonging to younger users receive additional protections (private-by-default profiles and restricted messaging).

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Your content

You own what you post — photos, videos, reviews, memories, lists. By posting, you give Flowver permission to display that content within the app according to the visibility you chose (private, friends, or public). You can delete your content, or your whole account, at any time.

5. Acceptable use

Be a decent person. Do not use Flowver to harass, impersonate, spam, or harm others; do not post content that is unlawful or that you don't have the right to share; do not scrape, probe, or interfere with the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Events and third-party information

Many events on Flowver are gathered from public sources and venues. We work to keep listings accurate, but details (dates, times, prices, availability) can change — always confirm with the organizer before making plans. Ticket purchases happen on third-party sites under their terms, not ours.

7. Ending your use of Flowver

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

Flowver is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability for damages arising from your use of the service. Real-world events carry real-world risks — use your judgment when attending.

9. Changes to these Terms

If we make material changes, we will tell you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Flowver after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Contact
