Flowver is a place for people to keep and share memories of real events. When you upload media, you tell us whether you took it or you found it somewhere else. Found media requires a source or credit, which we display alongside the post. Flowver never uses "found" media in its own marketing.
Uploading media you don't own may infringe someone else's copyright. You are responsible for what you upload.
We take this seriously and act quickly. You can:
Send notices through the in-app Report action on any post (choose "Copyright"), or by email to copyright@flowver.co. We remove or disable access to material expeditiously upon valid notice.
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with the elements described in 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3). We'll forward it to the original complainant and may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless they file a court action.
Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material are terminated. This is enforced through the same moderation system that governs all account conduct.
Flowver's designated agent for copyright notices is being registered with the U.S. Copyright Office; until that listing is live, the email above reaches the same person and is monitored.
